Jung Foundation supports scientific exchange at the Blankenese Conferences

The Jung Foundation for Science and Research is actively involved in promoting networking and interdisciplinary exchange - even beyond its own science awards. This year, for the second time, it is supporting the renowned Blankenese Conferences, which have been bringing together leading scientists from all over the world in Hamburg since 1979. They offer a unique platform for intensive dialogue in an inspiring atmosphere - exactly what the Jung Foundation wants to make possible with its support.

A special highlight is the participation of two outstanding scientists from the circle of Jung laureates: Prof Dr Ivan Dikić, who was awarded the Jung Prize for Medicine in 2013, and Prof Dr Stefan Rose-John, winner of the Jung Medal for Medicine in Gold 2023. Both scientists will give the so-called Jung Lectures and present their groundbreaking research.

Jochen Spethmann, Chairman of the Jung Foundation, will officially kick off the conference with a welcoming speech. This emphasises the Foundation's ongoing commitment to promoting and publicising excellent research.

More information as well as the registration for the event can be found on the Homepage of the Blankenese Conferences.
