For the third time in a row, the Hamburg Jung Foundation for Science and Research is participating in the University of Hamburg's Deutschlandstipendien. Especially talented students, students who engage in voluntary work and students with special needs can apply and receive monthly financial support of the scholarship is granted. Hamburg University has been awarding Deutschlandstipendien in all faculties since 2015. The Jung Foundation supports medical students in accordance with its purpose.

This year, Yi Desheng Denise Yang, Kira Ayleen Offen and Daowd Rasho will receive support from the Jung Foundation. "Young scientists are the future of medicine. We want to strengthen talent in this area while they are still studying medicine," explained Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Hans-Ulrich Moritz, in 2020 member of the Jung Foundation's Board of Directors and Board of Trustees.
