This year, the Jung Foundation is once again participating in the University of Hamburg's Deutschlandstipendium scholarships, supporting promising students of human medicine for the eighth year in a row. The award ceremony took place in February 2025, and three prospective medical students will receive monthly financial support from the foundation. This year, Konstantin Matsui can look forward to receiving funding once again. He received the Jung Foundation's Deutschlandstipendium scholarship for the first time last year. New additions to the Jung family this year are Leonie Maria Brink and Anna Bögemann.

In addition to the Jung Career Advancement Award and the Jung Fellowships, the Deutschlandstipendium is another initiative of the Jung Foundation to support talented young doctors and scientists in the medical field. After the official awarding by the university, there was an opportunity to get to know each other personally, where the foundation and scholarship holders made initial contacts and discussed future prospects.
