In 2026, the Jung Foundation supports once again three medical students at the University of Hamburg through the Deutschlandstipendium scholarship programme. In doing so, it continues its commitment to fostering young medical talent for the ninth consecutive year. The scholarship recipients are Konstantin Matsui, who first received funding in 2024, as well as Leonie Maria Brink and Anna Bögemann, who joined the Foundation’s programme last year.
Through its involvement in the Deutschlandstipendium programme, the Jung Foundation adds another important pillar to its support for early-career talent. Alongside the Jung Career Advancement Award and the Jung Fellowships, it helps promising young talents at an early stage of their path in medicine and research. The funding creates greater freedom for students to focus on their studies while also opening up opportunities for exchange with the Foundation.
