JUNG FELLOWSHIP FOR MEDICINE
In 2022, the foundation extended its support to young scientific and medical talent and therefore launched the Jung Fellowship Program. The program, which is initially limited to Hamburg, is designed to support selected medical doctoral students to conduct full-time research for one year. The stipend of 15,000 euros is paid out in monthly installments of 1,250 euros over the course of a year. The money is not earmarked for a specific purpose. In addition to financial support, the program offers other benefits, such as contacts with outstanding scientists in the field and participation in the Jung Symposium for Medical Research, at which Jung Foundation award winners present their excellent research.
